JOURNEY & PHILOSOPHY

I have a deep understanding of how challenging it can be to start or maintain a fitness routine. With my own struggles and journey with fitness and over 10 years of experience & education in the health and fitness community, I am committed to helping my clients overcome their challenges. I will help you find long term success through personalized yet progressive coaching, sustainable habits, behavioral changes, accountability, and supportive guidance.

You often hear how many trainers got into their career through a life time of sports, but I did not.

I spent the majority of my life feeling self conscious in my body and let the fear of failure hold me back. It wasn’t until my early adulthood that I finally gave fitness a try and I fell in love. For the first time in my life I finally felt strong and confident, not just physically but mentally as well. It was then that I knew I wanted to help others feel the same way.

Based out of Sonoma County in the North Bay Area California.

I care deeply about helping others reach their health and fitness goals and want to make my services accessible to as many people as I can. Work with me in-person, live virtually, or with customized online programs with weekly check-ins. I am available Weekdays and Saturday mornings.

  • 1:1 Training In-person/Virtual

    Personal training is just that, its personal! I offer in-person and virtual sessions that are built around your individual goals and needs with an emphasis on accountability and sustainable life style habits.

    Together we will go through a series of physical assessments to help gather information for us to set attainable health goals. This will be our starting point in designing and implementing your training program. There will be stages of training progression, measuring results, education and supportive accountability

    Each session will be tailored towards where you currently are in life while keeping the goals that we have set in mind. Nutrition and life style guidance are also included in our training sessions

  • Customized Online Programs

    Customized programs will give you personalized fitness and nutrition programming that is tailored to your lifestyle and goals. My guidance and accountability coaching are built in with a weekly 30-45 min check-in session done virtually where we will cover your progress, weekly goals, daily action steps and any questions you may have.

    To get started, through a video consultation we will discuss the goals you are looking to achieve and begin to layout out the best plan of action for you to be able to succeed.

    Programs are created for 4-week periods but to help preserve the authenticity of such personalized programming, I like to work with custom program clients for a minimum of three months. Implementing a new routine and habit changes should be based around consistency and balance which takes time, and for lasting results the process should not be rushed.
